Dear Kia,
My boyfriend’s a mummys boy. Do you have any tips so I can start being the main woman in his life??
Sandy, 22
Dear Sandy,
Does his mum look like this by any chance?

Download Sex and the City Episode 53 “Gost Town” to get an absolutely brilliant idea on how to get rid of the nosy mum! Lol! But anyway, you have a very difficult problem here. Mum’s will fight tooth and nail to keep a hold over their little boys so it’s probably best not to even let her know there’s an issue.
What about this: If you say you want to do x and he says his mum says that you both should do y, why not straight out say “But I don’t want to hear what your mum thinks, what about what YOU want to do?” Rather than butt heads with him over this, potentially driving you both apart, you should try to bring out his own opinions and views on certain things. It may just be that he hasn’t been allowed to have one yet!
xo, Kia

Romantic love reaches out in little ways, showing attention and admiration. Romantic love remembers what pleases a woman, what excites her, and what surprises her. Its actions whisper: who can be the most special person in my life???.
