Dear Kia,
Stuck in a rut…any ideas on spicing up a relationship??

Dear Dit45,
Of course I have HEAPS of ideas! I’ll list them for you!
- Go on a proper date - get dressed up and wear sexy knickers.
- Stay overnight at a hotel after your date - change of scenery is always good.
- Send dirty text messages to each other throughout the day.
- Try to find a place in your house you’ve never boinked before and make love there!
- Buy yourself some new sexy underwear and wear it around the house while you’re cleaning.
- Make desert… on him! Get messy with it, slice strawberries and melt some chocolate and make a yummy mess before you eat it all off!
- Remember laughing? No doubt at the beginning of your relationship you laughed a lot together in the bedroom. Try to bring some of that humour and fun back. Blindfolds, roleplaying, costumes… Why not pretend you’re going to do a strip tease but then play some ridiculous heavy metal music and do a thrash-strip or something! Get crazy and muck around! Wrestle even!
- Tease the heck out of each other. If he’s sitting in his jocks watching TV why not drag your fingers around the edges of his jocks but never touch anything for a minute or two and then just walk away. Prepare to be grabbed and boned in front of the footy 2 seconds later tho!
People get in ruts because it’s all a bit same-old, same old. You talk about cleaning, mortgage repayments, the same friends having the same problems and your family never changes so to keep it spicy you should shake things up and try new things. It doesn’t even matter if they work or not just so long as you’re together, exploring and having fun. Remember to think of your partner as well and find out what might make them happy or excited in the pants and let them know some of your desires in life and if you both try and give it a go you can definitely switch your relationship from the mundane to the insane in no time!
