Depends what you mean by ‘hook him up’ I suppose!
If you mean to hook him up with a chick friend, I’m sure if he’s even halfway good looking and I take him into Surfers Friday night we can get him laid!
If you mean as in accommodation, there is a spare room in my house that I can spare if he likes sharing about 4 cubic meters with two guitars, a piano and a multitude of books.
If you mean literally, I’m sure I can find a sadistic butcher in the area who’s just been waiting for the opportunity to peg a human on a giant steel hook!
